They all began as fiercely fought competition between two of the world’s most storied sporting nations––Great Britain and the United States of America.
For over 174 years, Britain and America have competed for the biggest prizes in sport. Now, however, a bold new chapter is about to unfold.
This October, the iconic transatlantic rivalry will take to the padel court for the first time as the inaugural Anglo-American Padel Cup descends on The Padel Hub in North London. Two famous nations. One New Cup. A battle for padel supremacy begins.
About
Our inaugural Great Britain v United States annual Padel competition will debut at The Padel Hub in North London in October 2025, with the United States preparing to host in 2026.
The first Annual Anglo-American Padel Cup will feature the best padel players in Britain and America across Open and Age Group Divisions for Men and Women.
The British and American teams will consist of four players (two teams) per category in both Men’s and Women’s competitions, with a total of 64 players participating at one of the UK’s newest, premium padel venues during two days of competition from 10th – 11th October 2025.
Rooted in rich sporting histories, both Great Britain and the United States bring their unique traditions to the forefront of the world’s fastest-growing sport – setting the stage for an unmissable tournament that promises to provide a unique twist on this most storied of sporting rivalries.

The Venue
Venue: Padel Hub North London, Unit 4 Downland Close, London, N20 9LB
Taking place at The Padel Hub, the inaugural Anglo American Padel Cup will be staged at one of the capital’s incredible indoor venues. Located just 5 minutes from Totteridge & Whetstone (Northern Line) by taxi, the club offers a convenient base for both players and spectators. Facilities include indoor courts, changing rooms, showers, a café, and a spectator viewing area., the club will prove to be the ultimate padel venue of the first ever Cup.
The Founders
The Anglo-American Padel Cup was established by three visionary founders who, having lived across both nations, brought a shared passion for British and American cultures.

President of the United States Padel Association
Bill is a seasoned professional in financial services, with extensive experience in investment management, investment banking, prime brokerage, FinTech, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). A passionate padel player and qualified coach, he also serves as the President of the United States Padel Association (USPA).
